About Shelley

Shelley worked as an in-house solicitor between 2003 and 2019, initially at MTV Networks Europe and for many years at ITV. She has always loved interacting closely with businesses and being part of the teams that she supports.

In her time at MTV and ITV she worked alongside internal clients on all of their contractual requirements including brand partnerships, licensing and merchandising, advertising sales on all platforms, TV product placement, sponsorship arrangements, confidentiality agreements and talent agreements and releases to name a few.

Since founding SRB Commercial, Shelley has worked with clients on their consultancy agreements, agency-client agreements, licenses, website terms, business set up and terms of business.  

Shelley is commercial in her approach and her aim is always to make the contracting process as simple as possible, whilst ensuring risks are protected.
